The deciding factor is transparency: clear disclosure keeps trust and click-through rates on par with real faces, while mismatched AI voice-and-face pairings can hurt comprehension and credibility.
The Tools I'm Actually Using Right Now
Three tools lead the field right now: Midjourney for cinematic aesthetics, FLUX for open-source photorealism and speed, and Ideogram for near-perfect in-image text (up to 95% accuracy). There's no single "best" generator — the right pick depends on the project.
